Audrey was born in the resort of Avoriaz, which allowed her to start skiing at only two years old. After a few competitions just to have fun, her passion for winter sports, the unique environment and the need to work outside pushed her to become a ski instructor. For her, esf is the fundamentals of winter sports teaching. The pedagogy of this instructor relies on the adaptation to any type of student and discipline all while instilling the ski passion. Her best teaching memory is to have taught to ski to an 80-year old woman. 

When she is not wearing the red esf sweater, Audrey works as a lifeguard. Her favourite hobbies are swimming, climbing and running. For Audrey, who has had the opportunity to go heli-skiing in Italy, the best slope of Avoriaz is the Crozats.
