It is at the tender age of 2 years old that Jean-Paul skied for the first time. The proximity with the nature and the sensations seduced him immediately. Experienced and talented, Jean-Paul was a member of the french ski team. After he retired, he decided to become a ski instructor to share and transmit his passion for winter sports. His lessons are playful for children whereas the adults lessons focus on self-confidence. One of his best teaching memories is of a woman who used to ski in snowplow before being able to ski on black slopes and even go off-piste. The ESF should be an example in terms of organization, skills and knowledge. 

Outside of the ski universe, Jean-Paul is a carpenter. He also likes to slide on water and thus goes kitesurfing. To him, it is important to travel in order to realize how great your place of work is, that is why he skied in Switzerland and Italy. 

His favorite slope is the Crozats.
