Originally from the valley of Morzine, Jean-Paul practices skiing and other winter sports since the youngest of age. Jean-Paul grew up surrounded by the ski culture thanks to his father who worked as a ski instructor. Later, after several competitions, passionate about mountain and needing human contact, being a ski instructor was a profession that suited him perfectly. Choosing the esf Avoriaz was obvious for this instructor who has grown up in the Aulps valley. 

In addition to his passion for mountains, Jean-Paul enjoys making his own jam, photographing and travelling. He thus skied in China, New Zealand and various european countries. His teaching experiences in China and New Zealand were both rewarding on the cultural and professional aspects.
