With his parents’ help, Matthieu experienced his first skiing sensations on the slopes of Avoriaz when he was just 2. Passionate by this discipline, he then participated in classes given by esf Avoriaz. Matthieu practiced ski racing up until his high school years, this allowed him to learn many new techniques. Growing up in the resort of Avoriaz and wishing to combine work with passion, it was obvious for Matthieu to join esf Avoriaz. Since 2008, he is able to share his passions for skiing and mountains in a school that privileges students’ safety. 

Matthieu has quite varied interests, he enjoys activities such as hiking, both on foot and on bicycles, playing football or fishing. He believes that it is difficult to choose just one of the slopes offered by the immense skiing area since it depends on the conditions. However, he greatly appreciates the Lindarets area.
