Pascale started to ski at the age of 3 although skiing wasn’t a passion at first. Once she got older, she participated to regional competitions before entering the instructor competition and compete in the finale of two challenges. 

When she was younger, her desire to transmit her passion for skiing and the mountain convinced her to train and become a ski instructor. She first taught at the Club Med thanks to the partnership between the ESF and the Club Med. Then, in 1983 she worked as an intern at the ESF of Morzine before fully integrating the ESF of Avoriaz in 1987. For her, it was out of question to work anywhere else than in the ESF due to its unprecedented professionalism. In the ESF, you can be sure to be taught and discover the skiing area in complete safety. 

Besides being a ski instructor, she also works as a lifeguard. She enjoys physical activities such a kitesurfing, surfing and hiking. 

Her favorite slope is the Combe du Machon. Her favorite spots are the Crozats off-piste area and the Manche valley.
