QUESTIONS / ANSWERS

Does my child need a liftpass?
A lift pass is required to attend the esf lessons. You can buy it at the lift ticket office or online at www.skipass-avoriaz.com. Children under 5 years old don’t need a lift pass.
For beginners, we recommend the "beginner pack" option to benefit from a discount.
Please do not hesitate to ask our staff for advice regarding the most suitable lift pass to suit the level of your child.
Is the ski equipment included in the price of the course?
You must bring your own equipment to the lessons. Contact the sports shops in the resort to rent your equipment.
What if I can't find a course available?
Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible so that we can find a solution. We strongly advise you not to book in a higher or lower level as we will not be able to accept your child.
Can I attend the lesson of my child?
You may want to attend the lesson of your child but it will not help him/her to stay focused and make progress. You should instead ask the instructor at the end of the lesson to see if everything is going well.
How can I determine my child's level?
If you don't know the level of your child, click on the "What's my level?" section at the top of the page. Our instructors will then check their level on site during the first day.
