Programme of the competition training course:
- I am at least 13 years old and have obtained the "Flèche d'Argent"
- I want to make progress in Géant and Special Slalom to improve my performance in competition
- Advices of physical preparation. Tracks and corrections.
- Discovery and care of the equipment.
- Guidance from specialised instructors (coaches, openers, finalists of the Instructors' Challenge)
- Flèche & Chamois training and tests (dates of races determined according to weather conditions and the stadium and competition calendar).
